Welcome to 5th Grade!

We have successfully completed the first day of fifth grade! I am very excited for the adventures in school and learning that lie ahead!

A couple important reminders:

Homework will be assigned on Mondays and will typically be due on Fridays.  Each Monday, students will receive a homework sheet outlining the assignments. The students will use their homework binders to keep their assignments organized.  Parents, please check your child’s binder weekly for important handouts and corrected papers.

Please visit this website regularly for updates and classroom happenings!   There are many links to learning sites, resources, and information for students.  I like to use the website as a vehicle to show the learning that’s happening in the classroom.  With parent permission, I will upload photos taken in class and during field trips, assemblies, presentations, etc.   Please visit frequently to stay informed of upcoming activities and events pertaining to fifth grade.

Parents - please email me at your earliest convenience so that I can add your address to my list of contacts.  Alyssa_Candini@wayland.k12.ma.us
